    @SofTec Solutions @Guy-PCI Data Systems Inc In regards to OS patches, yes --- Patch Management is capable of patching Windows OS. The list of supported Windows versions along with third-party applications can be found here in the downloadable PDF.
    In regards to @Guy-PCI Data Systems Inc's report regarding the Feature Updates, I have asked about that specifically due to the issues encountered. Guy-PCI, have you put a ticket into support yet? If you have, let me know and we can follow up.

    NFR for Patch Management will become available, on a case by case basis, in the 5.1 release. This release is estimated to go out on November 26th. For further details on how this will work for partners, please reach out to your account manager. (In the mean time, you're encouraged to start a trial of Patch Management for own company or customer account to test and evaluate.)

    I did pin down the issue to the dns update settings in the pppoE client. 
    by disable the dns-server updates 
                                "name-server": "auto"

    @Ress Computer We have received some reports similar to this and our team is currently investigating. It would be best if you could contact Managed Workplace support directly and establish a support case, so we can follow up with you directly and keep you updated!

    Update - We have resolved the outstanding issues with US Cloudcare policies failing to load and installer downloads failing. Our team is still investigating intermittent download problems with Cloudcare DE.
    Apr 3, 13:07 EDT Investigating - We are currently experiencing issues with downloading new installer packages, creation of new policies, and modification of existing policies.

    Impact:
    • Users will not be able to download new install packages, create policies, or modify existing policies.
    • All other services will remain operational.
