Online Backup Service Questions and Answers in Cloud Backup Service Posted April 19, 2014 I enabled OLB for a user and it still has not shown up on the end user side. I cloud care to push component updates on start up thought it would have shown up by now. I had this happen before and the only thing I found that worked was removing the machine from cloudcare and re-installing it. However, I am sure I am missing something.
