    Hi Twinbytes,
    I had a quick check of the Online Backup details for this account, I see that there are advanced folder backups set for multiple folders, so each one is generating a backup success alert.
    Seems like the option for us as an enhancement is to add the backup details in to the alert to see what has completed (this is an enhancement in place already), the addition to this could be group all info in to one single alert.

    Actually ran across this post while in the middle of a support session with AVG, just before we were going to use the uninstaller. Worked like a charm. Thanks!

    Hi Posckegan,
     
    Please try the following steps for me:
     
     • 1) Log into Cloudcare, open the customer account -> account -> services.  • 2) Set the Online Backup plan and change the increment size in 2 steps (IE: change from 25GB to 75GB) or between auto-increase and a fixed amount.  • 3) Save between each change of setting.  • 4) Put the increment back to original settings.  • 5) Disable then enable the Online Backup service on the issue device from the devices tab under the customer account.  • 6) Check to see if device is now available in the drop-down   Let me know how you get on.   Thanks,   George
