I  emailed my rep and she responded very quickly to setup the NFR licensing. Sounds like the issue was with my last rep and not Avast as a whole.

Way, way back I had NFR for AV and then it went away. Subsequent attempts to work with my rep were futile, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

So who has actually deployed patch management? Does it work well for that small client not using RMM but paying for AV?
