The SLOW portal has been going on for MANY days. I'm getting more than frustrated.

Yes, it has been an ongoing issue for far too long. Normally it does that them this long to fix this issue. I have had a client call today, wondering what was wrong with the portal. They use it to connect to remote computers.
Oh, BTW, I do not work for Avast.
